Most properties listed on this site are offered at wholesale prices, in "as-is" condition to any buyer able to close quickly. (Usually within 30 days) However, we will sometimes offer somes of our properties with rehab completed to investors looking for turnkey properties. The price on these will be discounted for cash, but still priced higher than the "as-is condition" properties that we typically wholesale to bargain hunters. At times we are also able to offer turnkey property, often with tenants in place.
